David Walsh is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and investor with over 30 years of experience building, scaling, and exiting companies, generating $3.75 billion in cumulative gains for investors and management teams. As Managing Partner at Activ8 Growth Partners, he partners with early-stage tech companies to drive growth through expertise in M&A, capital raising, business development, strategy, and revenue generation. Previously, he served as Chairman and CEO of GENBAND, President and COO of Global Crossing, Partner at One Equity Partners, and Founding Partner of Extranet Venture Partners. David holds an MPS in Telecom, Tech & Media from New York University.

Alex Russo is a business executive, entrepreneur, and investor and has extensive operating and transactional experience across the Fintech and broader technology industry. Alex has served as the CEO (or Executive Chairman) of four tech-driven companies over a 20-year period, managing their sales for >$1.25 billion in cash, representing a cumulative shareholder return of >3X. A prolific dealmaker, he has also co-founded, or privately invested in, and advised a range of start-ups and early-stage companies (including serving as a board member) across the tech sector. Prior to his chief executive roles and investment experience, he served as General Counsel of both public and PE-controlled companies and, previously, as an M&A lawyer in New York City.

Bill Walsh is a Partner at Activ8 Growth Partners with over three decades of experience in financial markets and telecommunications. He previously served as Partner at XChangePoint, led GTT Financial Markets at GTT, was COO at Wall Street Network Solutions, and President & COO at Telwares. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Global Crossing, Telerate, and IXnet. Bill graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Walsh is a serial entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Revscale AI, where he focuses on creating efficient pathways for startups to attain product-market fit and raise capital. He previously served as Vice President at Cyndx, specializing in AI-driven private market deal origination. Earlier, he co-founded Peachscore, an AI-driven startup evaluation platform venture-backed by early investors of Google, PayPal, and Dropbox. A former D1 athlete at the University of Maryland, he holds a B.A. in American Studies from UMD and an M.S. in Technology Management & Finance from Brown University.

Phil Petzold is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, cash management, and debt/credit facility oversight. He currently serves as COO, CFO, and SVP at Brainworks Software. Previous roles include CFO/SVP at Aligned Energy LLC, CFO at Telwares, and VP Finance at Westcom. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.
